Tal Hiteshew, a graduate of
Yale University and Harvard Business
School, was employed for over 30 years
with Mellon Bank. He was Senior Vice
President and Group Executive, responsible
for all commercial lending in the eastern
half of the United States. He retired from
Mellon Bank in 1986 and subsequently
joined Parker/Hunter Incorporated, where
he became a Vice President. A former
director of five corporations, he remains
active on several charitable and civic
boards. He joined Hunter Associates, inc.
at its inception in July 1992.

Barbara S. Lovejoy is a
Certified Public Accountant and a
Registered Investment Adviser. Prior to
joining the firm, she was a Partner with
the national firm of Deloitte & Touche
and a financial consultant to individuals
and private-held business
owners.
At Hunter Associates, inc.,
she works primarily with individuals, families,
trusts and charitable foundations. She advises
clients on their investment policies and
provides financial planning assistance in the
areas of retirement, education, tax and estate
planning.
Barbara is a 1975 graduate of
Indiana University of Pennsylvania (IUP) with a
Bachelor of Science degree in Business
Management. She has served as President of the
Pittsburgh Chapter of the Pennsylvania
Institute of Certified Public Accountants,
President of the IUP Alumni Association and Vice
President and Treasurer of the Foundation for
IUP. She is a member of the American Institute
of Certified Public Accountants and the
Pennsylvania Institute of Certified Public
Accountants.

Fred Miller serves as an
investment adviser for a broad variety of
clients, including individuals, trusts and
tax-exempt organizations. Fred joined
Hunter Associates in 1993 and has been a
Registered Representative since 1983. Fred
received his Chartered Financial Analyst
designation in 1993 and has an MBA from
the University of Pittsburgh and a BBA
from the University of Kentucky.
Prior to his career in the brokerage industry,
Fred was an officer at Landmark Savings
Association where he bought and sold mortgages
and worked with the Asset and Liability
Committee on investment-related issues.

John Niedenberger is
primarily responsible for securities
research and hedging strategy
implementation for clients. John is a
Chartered Financial Analyst and Certified Financial
Planner®. He received
an MA in economics from the University of
North Carolina at Chapel Hill and an MBA
at Virginia Tech. He is a Registered
Representative and Registered Investment Adviser.

Win
Smathers joined Hunter Associates in
January 1993. He serves as an investment
adviser to individuals, families, small
businesses, charitable organizations and
retirement plans. His primary duties are
to develop and implement comprehensive
wealth management to accomplish his
clients' varied objectives, to perform
security research and selection and to
manage equity and fixed income
portfolios.
Win is a graduate of the Securities Industry
Institute, an executive education program at
the Wharton School of the University of
Pennsylvania. He is a graduate of the College
for Financial Planning and is a candidate for
the Certified Financial Planner designation. He
graduated with honors from Dickinson College
with a degree in Economics and a concentration
in Financial Analysis. Win, his wife and
children live in Gibsonia, Pennsylvania.

Erica Snyder serves as
an investment adviser and Certified
Financial Planner® to a broad variety
of clientele including individuals,
families, trusts, charitable foundations
and retirement plans. Her primary
functions are to work together with
clients to define their financial goals,
to develop and implement appropriate
investment policies and to manage her
client's equity and fixed income
portfolios. Erica joined Hunter Associates
in January of 2003.
Erica was previously
affiliated with Northwestern Mutual Financial
Network and worked in collaboration with their
representatives and clients to develop planning
and investment approaches. Erica's investment
background stems from her original work as a
registered representative with a Midwestern
brokerage firm where she specialized in equity
and bond trading during the 1990's.
Erica is a graduate of the Financial Planning
Certification Advanced Leadership Program
offered through Duquesne University. She
graduated with honors from Michigan State
University with a degree in
economics.

Robert A. Woeber, prior to
joining Hunter Associates, inc., was Chief
Executive Officer of Arthurs, Lestrange
& Company for 25 years. Mr. Woeber
entered the securities industry in 1954
after being separated from the Army. He
started with the firm of Singer, Deane and
Scribner, a then major regional firm, and
joined Arthurs, Lestrange in 1960 as
Manager of Equity Trading. He was made a
General Partner in 1965. He has long been
active in industry affairs, having been
President of the Pittsburgh Securities
Traders Association (Now PSBA) In 1965. In the
same year, he was elected to the Board of
Governors of the National Securities
Traders Association (Now STA). He served on that
Board for 10 years and was elected
Chairman in 1973. In 1977, he was
designated "OTC Man of the Year" by the
Over-The-Counter Securities Review. He has
also been active in the National
Association of Securities Dealers, (NASD)
having chaired and served on several key
committees including the first NASDAQ
Committee, the District 11 Business
Conduct Committee, the NASDR Sanction
Guidelines Committee, and the Statutory
Disqualification Committee and the
Membership Committee. He was a Governor of
the NASD/NASDR from 1995 through 1997. He
also chaired and served on several SIA
committees including the Local Firms
Committee and the Clearance &
Settlement Committee and he was a Governor
of the SIA from 1991 through
l993.
A Pittsburgher all of his life, Mr. Woeber was educated at Duquesne
University and the University of Pittsburgh. He
and his wife Margy have four children. He is a
member of South Hills Country Club, the
Duquesne Club and the Bonita Bay
Club.
